Are your peptides for human use?
No. They are research-grade reference compounds for controlled laboratory study only. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher or authorized laboratory.
How is purity verified?
Each compound is analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC-UV for chromatographic purity (≥ 99% target) and by mass spectrometry (LC-MS) for identity, with independent third-party analysis.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every product has a
Certificate of Analysis documenting identity and purity by HPLC-UV and mass spectrometry, viewable on our Lab Results page.
How should peptides be stored and reconstituted?
Lyophilized peptide is typically kept desiccated and frozen (-20°C) away from light. For experimental use it is commonly reconstituted with bacteriostatic or sterile water, then aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Follow your laboratory's protocols.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT) and bank transfer. After you place an order you'll receive payment instructions together with your order number; once we confirm payment, your order is prepared and shipped. We never request or store credit-card details.
How does ordering and payment work?
Placing an order reserves it and gives you an order number (format CP-XXXXXXXX). You'll then receive payment instructions — a wallet address for crypto or our bank details for a transfer. Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it, and once payment clears we dispatch the order and email you tracking.
How fast do you ship?
Orders confirmed before 1 PM ET ship the same business day. U.S. shipping is free on orders over $200 (a flat rate applies below that), with tracking on every order.
