This policy explains what information Core Peptides collects, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: support@corepeptidesresearch.com.
Information we collect. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, and order details. We do not collect or store payment-card numbers: orders are paid manually by cryptocurrency or bank transfer using the instructions we provide, so those financial details are handled through your own wallet or bank rather than through this site.
How we use it. To process and fulfill orders, provide support, send order and shipping notifications, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. With your consent we may send occasional product updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers. We share only what is necessary with the providers that help us operate: transactional email delivery, and — where enabled — order fulfillment/shipping and marketing-email tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not pass your data to a card processor, because payment is arranged directly with you.
Cookies & local storage. We use strictly necessary storage to keep your cart and remember your cookie choice, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. You can clear cookies/local storage in your browser at any time.
Data retention. We keep order and transaction records as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law. Email support@corepeptidesresearch.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limit access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children. Our site and products are for qualified researchers and are not directed to anyone under 21.
Changes. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
