Because our products are research-grade compounds whose integrity depends on storage and handling after they leave our facility, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will replace it or issue a refund.
Non-delivery. If a tracked order is confirmed lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund it.
Unfulfilled orders. An order that we cannot fulfill, or that you cancel before it ships, is refunded in full.
Refund method. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — to the bank account used for a transfer, or to a wallet address you provide for a cryptocurrency payment (refunded in the same asset for the amount received). Please allow a few business days for the refund to settle.
